Live for today. Plan for tomorrow.
Most people have someone managing their portfolio and someone else preparing their return, and the two never speak. Here they are one person — a CPA and a CFP® professional — so the tax consequence of a decision is weighed by whoever is making it.
Discretionary and non-discretionary portfolios built from Strategic and Tactical models. Assets are custodied at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., in your name — never with us. Accounts reviewed at least quarterly.
Elite Asset Management, LLCRetirement, cash flow, and tax-aware investment planning, coordinated with your attorney or accountant where you have one. Included in the advisory fee — there is no separate planning charge.
Included in the feeIndividual and business returns, planning, and representation. Provided by a separate firm under common ownership. Engaging one firm does not require engaging the other.
Eiduk Tax & Wealth Management, LLC ↗What it costs
Fees are marginal, not flat — each tier of assets is charged at its own rate, the way tax brackets work. Move the slider to see the calculation for any portfolio size.
The reduced schedule applies to clients who also engage the affiliated tax practice. Fees may be negotiable. There is no account minimum.
A blended rate of 0.867% — about $1,083 a month, billed in arrears and deducted by the custodian.
Balances, holdings, statements, tax documents, and every advisory fee deducted from your account are available directly from the custodian — independently of us.
Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. is the qualified custodian for client accounts and is not affiliated with Elite Asset Management, LLC. The link above leaves this site and goes to Schwab, whose terms and privacy policy govern once you arrive. We do not have access to your Schwab login credentials.
The reduced schedule gives us a financial reason to steer advisory clients toward the tax practice, and tax clients toward the advisory firm. The same person owns both. You are under no obligation to use both, and may take your tax work anywhere. This is described in full in Form ADV Part 2A, Items 5 and 10.
Who you would be working with
Elite Asset Management has one adviser. The person you meet is the person who manages the account, builds the plan, and answers the phone. For a firm this size that is not a selling point — it is simply the arrangement, and it is worth knowing before you engage anyone.
John also owns Eiduk Tax & Wealth Management, LLC, a separate tax and accounting practice, and devotes the majority of his professional time to that work.
Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Illinois. CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification granted by Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., which owns the CFP® marks in the United States.
Our Form ADV describes the firm's services, fees, conflicts, and disciplinary history. It is free on request and filed publicly.
The other half of the picture
Tax work is handled by Eiduk Tax & Wealth Management, LLC — a separate firm, owned by the same person, with its own website and its own engagement. Investment clients are under no obligation to use it, and tax clients are under no obligation to invest with us.
Eiduk Tax & Wealth Management, LLC is not an investment adviser and its services are not investment advisory services. Elite Asset Management, LLC does not receive any portion of the fees you pay to the tax practice. The link above leaves this site.
A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It usually runs half an hour, and it is mostly us asking questions.
